This place is conveniently located next to various food options and just a 15-minute walk away from interactive galleries.

The conference area and ambience of the lobby was good. The catered event was good. The price was very good.

The rooms need an overhaul. The carpets were filthy. The room smelled. The sink was slow to empty when water ran. I would only recommend the conference area and not overnight stay.

Was given a room that apparently was occupied! The staff promptly (within minutes) moved us to an upgraded Suite! Awesome service.

The only thing I was not satisfied with Booked.net is that in the hotel they made problem saying that they did not recieve any confirmation from Booked.net. So this made me a little confused. Next time I will think about it when I place an order with Booked.net

The sheets were dirty in 3 rooms that I book, we were transferred twice by the host. There were no housekeeping tickets to voice your stay concerning the rooms. I would never be a guest at the Regency Hotel and Conference Center Jackson.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist guests; this venue's prime location near downtown, restaurants, and museums is definitely a highlight.

We needed it because it was close to the hospital. We had to be at the hospital very early the next morning, and it was only one mile from this hotel.

Bedspread did not look clean - had stains on it. Everything else was fine.

The grounds needed to be upgraded and the exit doors needed to be locked ! Lots of drinking and puking around the closest exit we used. Food ok, Staff excellent ! Smoking needs to be prioritized (not) . We would reccomend to others and stay there again ! Good Visit .

There was no toaster for breakfast. There were young people running up and down the halls in the middle of the night.
